Cindy Freed, DO

Dr. Freed studied at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine where she attained her medical degree as a Doctor of Osteopathy. Her Undergraduate program was in the Fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practices and was board certified in internal medicine.

Dr. Freed is committed to healthcare in our community and it is her mission to introduce Integrative and Functional Medicine to the Warm Springs.

Beverly Saint-Amand, FNP

Beverly is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner and is a Certified Geriatric Care Professional.

She has a passion for preventative and wholistic medicine with a special interest in supporting aging naturally. She focuses on nutrition, vitamins, health supplements and skin products.

Beverly can also assist with urgent medical needs.

Joanie Kilgore-Warden, NP

Jo began her medical career as a Registered Nurse in Nephrology, spending over a decade in the field before transitioning to healthcare recruitment at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. She later spent 20+ years as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Columbus State University while maintaining her clinical skills in the Emergency Department.

Holding a post-Master’s degree and credentials as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jo specializes in Acute Pediatric Care and treating individuals affected by COVID.
